You undertake to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the jilwin Platform. The creation or use of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.
jilwin reserves the right to request verification of any information provided during or after registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund of any bonus balance.

Game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the jilwin system. Any dispute regarding a result must be raised with jilwin Support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:

jilwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by jilwin's own fault, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
jilwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where jilwin reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraud or criminal activity; failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification; or conduct that is harmful to jilwin, its users, or its regulatory standing.
You may close your jilwin Account at any time by contacting Support. Real-Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to any pending verification requirements. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.
Upon closure of your Account, all access to the Platform is terminated. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 16 — shall continue in full force and effect.
